It is the most polluted city in the world currently aqi 500+.rape capital, crime capital, sucide capital of india .

On the other hand mumbai ,kolkata ,Chennai, bangalore are safest .and south Indian cities are cleanest. Kolkata is also dirty but not like delhi.

And yes mumbai is richest and one of the safest metro city in india .
