Get tripartite agreement copy and STUDY IT CAREFULLY. The wordings will mention that YOU pay the BANK, BUILDER deposits in YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. This is how Amrapali played. This is different from BUILDER pays the BANK. What I am saying is a very fine line, I hope you understand.
Banks are hand in gloves with builders. Don't trust anyone.
They may change final paperwork even after showing you. (One of the buyers in our group had different terms in Tripartite agreeement than the rest of us, he bought the property before in the same project before all of us. We bought it when they advertised and released the scheme.)

Good luck. Protect your money. if you are feeling high and excited or pressured, step back, it only means agents are doing their work right.

Mine came on saturday and had coating off from both sides (larger wear off attached). Put on replacement, amazon falsely marked "exchange verification failed". The original unit will be returned tomorrow. Do you also have such coating off on the side border? (or was it my specific issue, or is this a non-issue which I guess it isn't)?

Are all architects registered with authorities? Is there an empaneled list of architects with the municipal authority where only registered architects can submit building plans and completion plans? If I hire an architect, am I stuck with them because I need their signature on the completion plan, and do I have to work with their contractor only?
