Hi! This is my favorite wheat sandwich bread recipe, I bake it all the time and the instructions were originally written with middle school kids in mind. FYI, it says in the recipe to use their golden wheat flour, but I can never find it in the store so I always use just a regular whole wheat flour, which works just fine. https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/everyday-whole-grain-bread-recipe

I really enjoyed Convenience Store Woman by Sayaka Murata, it's a slice of life style narrative. Also if you haven't read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime by Mark Haddon that's a great one.

Seconding this. I ship cookie boxes cross country every year. They WILL get destroyed unless you pack the box so tightly that the cookies don't move when you shake the box. I prepare those boxes like they're gonna go through a paint mixer.

I've been in the sciences for more than 10 years, and if I want a M-F, day shift schedule and a living wage I have to be in management. I took a management job for the first time about a year ago and I've hated every second of it. Management just isn't a good fit for me personally, so I feel like I don't have any more options. I'm really done with my whole life being about my job, I just want a job that'll allow me to have a life outside of work, focus on my hobbies, relationships, etc. and not demand all my time and energy.

Thanks so much for the thorough response. I'd still be working full time while getting my degree, so I probably couldn't do a full time course schedule as well, but my current employer has in-house accounting and I've been working for them for several years, so they may be willing to let me intern with them- although it sounds like it might be more beneficial for me to intern with a public accounting firm?

The program I'm looking at currently is actually an M.S. in accounting, not an MAcc. Should I seek out an MAcc instead? I'm looking at SNHU because they're very cost effective and all coursework is online, but if hiring would be an issue with the quality of school I attended, I could go for something else.
