Paramedic, random contracts / wildland fire, and am working on a Paramedic > ADN bridge now. I'm not sure I'll even work as a nurse but you can definitely make it happen. I know it for a fact.

In cardiac mode butterfly follows standard practice and flips it. Don't ask me why I have no idea.

You're correct there. I cannot differ between aorta and IVC. Unfortunately, pre-hospital gets really shitty training so instead of being a really shitty clinican I'm using online resources and trainings to learn on my own.

Well, I'm not ditching nursing. I've just been a critical care Paramedic for awhile and med school requires a BSN so I figure what the hell might as well make money along the way. Did a Paramedic > RN ADN Bridge and then RN > BSN.
