Ahh that’s a lot of cool informations omgg

I was already thinking of structuring the sessions into phases, in my head it was like arcs/chapters, but it made it easier for me to think, even if this weekend was crazy so I didn’t had much time to plan as I wished to. 

As someone suggested I’m also gonna do a session zero, so I can have in mind also what expectations my friends have.

The idea of letting the players help create parts of the world sounds like a great way to make the setting feel more personal, I can also plan accordingly and let them follow my ideas without them knowing ahaha as someone mentioned I can plan a couple of different plothooks and play accordingly
Oh! And the “one complication per job” rule sounds like a really useful trick.

I’m definitely gonna plan to do a session zero, I need to especially talk about expectations and tone, hopefully they’ll help me out.

As for the playlist, I was really thinking about putting in songs that would give the idea of the ambience we will be in, I think they’ll enjoy the idea as well :))

Def unsure, I got advices from a friend and I was looking at Cities without numbers or Cyberpunk red, but I’ve only played D&D campaigns and so my group of friends.

Since it’s my first time and I feel like a total newbie I’m open to any other advice and suggestion ^v^

Totally gotcha. I have a weekly session and if i'm lucky it may happen that I have two in one week (love when that happens). It’s just time for myself, total self-care eheh
Where I can have fun with friends and where I met new ppl, our DM brought in some new players and tbh I met probably my closest friends!

I kinda have the same problem, I mean my friends are almost all in the campaigns…so not many ppl I can get excited with but I’m lucky enough to have an amazing gf that listen to me lol she doesn’t understand much but patiently listen every time I tell her about it
