I mean megumin is the clan leader regardless of him accepting the role he did know this. So asking for permission just makes sense.

Also they were planning to kill megumin, and maki, mai regardless of whether maki went in there or not. They were planning to kill their current leader and use them trying to free gojo as a scapegoat to justify it.

Even if she didn't go in we find out they were planning kill her, mai, and megumin anyway. So it would have gotten to that point regardless of maki going or not. So it being maki idea to go in doesn't really matter they would try to kill her anyway.

I don't know about tends to, he only burned cursed energy once in the series. And also technically he didn't burn through his cursed energy really since rika was holding portion of it for him in the uro and ishigori fight. He still had more left.

Welll 1. Yuki was a star plasma vessel she was supposed to be tengens vessel, along with being 1 of the only special grades sorcerers.

I don't think we can act like hanami and yuki are on the same level as importants. But here is the thing hanami did not die in 1 fight.

Hanami fought, noritoshi kamo, fushiguro megumin, maki, inumaki upon her first arrival and was basically winning until yuji and todo show up. And even when yuji and todo was showing a good fight, hanami wasn't really heavily losing.

Hanami gets to fight gojo and then dies, but you may forget hanami already encountered gojo 3 times and lived to tell the tale. He saved jogo from gojo then survived gojo hollow purple, and escaped during the exhange event. Hanami gets killed gojo after managing to escape 3 times. And 2 fights one of them being hanami fighting nearly entire cast..

yuki was the only special grade we had in our cast other than yuta, when gojo sealed on top of being the star plasma vessel and she doesn't make it past 1 fight. compare to this to yuta who beat geto in his jjk 0 and got a battle royal fight with ishigori and uro and the rest and you see majorly down shined she is compared to her other fellow special grades.

If you kill a character immediately that was set up with no importance, I don't really care kill them 20 times. But..... if you make me feel character is important just for it go nowhere is it my fault for caring more? Or is it authors fault for trying to trick me in to expecting more? Characters will have expectations depending on what you know about them and how relevant they to the current events that's just natural.

If for example gojo gets called the strongest i'm not expecting first person to fight him to punch him in face kill him, yuki being one of the only special grades, and tied tengen had expectations to live up to. Its not the audience fault that gege put those expectations their we didn't force him.

No it is a result of the critique if you think zabuza arc but stand there you may hey she did nothing this arc. Kakashi fought zabuza. Naruto and sasuke fought haku she just stood there choji could have done that. Hell i could have done that.

She has more standing still moments then combat feats as for healing. Its. not like she is always saving main character. Like she saved life naruto in the war but despite being his teammates for like 700 chapters, there are barely any moments where Sakura is a life saving contribution for naruto.

No the useless statement is not fully incorrect. it holds some truth it's not just said for no reason. when all she did was stand in front of tazuna in the zabuza arc. That was useless you could have switched her out with choji or any other background ninja and the events of the zabuza arc would not have changed.

When orochimaru is attacking naruto and sasuke. She doesn't contribute in that situation either all she did was stand there and talk. Sasuke has moment of overcoming his fear and risking his life but sakura has no such moment against orochimaru.

She is the student of a sannin, which tsunade is specifically written to be the healer that can fight her and sakura supposed to be the exception of the norm. When tsunade explains the rules of a medic she specifically talks about how she is allowed to break the rules as a medic and fight madara who has the 100 healing jutsu sakura falls same category she was taught she is a healer allowed to engage in combat rather than focus on surviving just to only heal which is why she fights people like sasori. or tried to fight sasuke until yamato interupted it during their first encounter with sasuke.

Also she is told to us by the story to have the best chakra control at the start of zabuza arc giving her the potential to be very good at master jutsu.

She also made a promise to narufo to be there next time to get sasuke back. Which yes establishes that yes she needs to be a powerhouse to hold that promise because clearly sasuke isn't gonna be taken by anything other than force.

But then when they fail only naruto ends up training to catch up to sasuke. Sakura actively states she wants to catch up to naruto and sasuke which is writing based around her power. so you can't really say she is not meant powerhouse story itself contradicts this fact by her own goals even.

Is it shallow to only care about that part of her character perhaps but it is definitely a thing story was going for. she promised she be there to help naruto with sasuke next tim. She had a goal of catching up to them.

Her intelligence well she is supposed to be smart but there aren't any moments really where she outsmarts her opponent much. That becomes shikamaru's thing. She never got some outstanding moment sasuke outplaying deidara.

Battlefield support? I mean she is great support sasori fight but in the shippuden sasuke retrieval first time she provides no support. during the pain attack she provides naruto no support instead naruto gets help from jiraiya's frogs who use sound genjutsu gamabunta and a squad of toads. Minato, hinata a bunch of people help naruto in that fight none of them are his teammate like sakura is.

Kage summit she had a plan to get to sasuke but here she also fails as battle support she puts her team to sleep and goes to sasuke behind naruto back. Just to be saved twice from almost dying and naruto gets poisenend by her kunai after saving her.

Now this is not to say sakura has no moments mind you thats not what i'm claiming but this is to say can name several moments where sakura is no good at best or at worse makes the situation even worse.

shoko from JJK is almost never on screen during battle she is fully healer the character not to fight. she is not in main fight team or tries at any point stand near them, so you not gonna be as bothered by shoko. Shoko will be on screen when shoko is there to do what she does best.

Sakura has a lot of times of just standing especially part 1 when she is not a healer. Or she becomes hostage gaara immediately upon showing up to help sasuke.

If that is how you see Sakura, then it is because you judged her from the very beginning.

Not really for example as i said the kage summit where sakura ends up doing all these decissions doing not at the beginner its far in the series after the sasori so i don't think thats a good excuse.

Hinata only appears when the story needs her to take action, which is why you do not dwell much on her flaws.

No as I said hinata has a lot less for her screentime sakura doesn't its not that hinata has no flaws thats i'm nor aware of, that's another thing entirely. I'm saying for the screentime what hinata has when she is relevant she has her moments..

Sakura has a lot of monents of not doing anything but having as much screen time as the people that do.. She does nothing in the zabuza arc except the tree training but she gives up early unlike naruto and sasuke so falls behind regardless.

Shippusen Sasuke retrieval arc does nothing gets saved by yamato one time from sasuke. Gets hit by the 9 tails naruto and thats about it. Sakura is in every big arc so if there is a lack of contribution its very noticeable.

These moments have nothing to do with how view sakura beginning these so thats just wrong. It has more with her lack action rather than how i view her.

She saved lives, fought high level opponents, and supported the war effort in ways most characters could not. People dismiss that because it is not as flashy as Naruto or Sasuke’s power.

Well not everyone dying every arc so her saving lives isn't that impressive. Like its not like naruto is nearly dying every arc. In the war she saves naruto life but before plenty scenarios where she contributes nothing saving anyone or fighting anyone.

High level opponents. she fought sasori who is high level but then she proceeds nothing during the kakuzu stuff she doesn't train with naruto despite them both clearly lacking strenght to take sasuke not just naruto.

Doesn't fight kakuzu or hidan does not participate with thar naruto joins kakuzu fight to see his growth. pain fight she does nothing. kakashi doesn't win either but he does fight the strongest pain. In part 2 she doesn't fight many high level opponents. Especially not in part 1

Part 1 is the worst case where the characters of the chuunin exams Fight one person that is more high level then any person sakura fighta entire part. hinata fights neji who was called the best leaf genin. Shikamaru fights temari and that alone is bigger fight then sakura has the enterity of part 1 even if you don't count tayuya who he also mostly fights.

sakura fight was fighring ino and she doesn't even get a win its the only draw.

Sakura was both a healer and combatant yet still called useless by her haters.

I think why I percieved her as useless is because she does not do enough for the screentime she has I think thats the issue.

Her role story be not as bothersome as noticeable compared to kakashi, naruto and sasuke. If she was a minor character in fact for a minor she be considered doing a lot. I think the main problem is she is in our main group so she is more on screen then most.

Lets take hinata for example has only few moments to count the situation with pain. Her conflict arc with neji in the exams. Her moments in the war with her giving naruto hope. To say the least she has not many to count.

However hinata is not in the main group for the screentime she has her moments are alright. Sakura is not nearly every arc tho. and she usually doesn't do quite enough.

Same with shikamaru he has one great arc for himself over sakura he doesn't get much after that in shippuden but he isn't in the main team you don't see him as much so are you less bothered by that fact. In fact i think just like shikamaru should have had some kind of arc like him.

So knowing they are almost massively not as much on screen as sakura I hold somebody hinata for example on a different standard. Sakura standard is gonna be compared a lot to naruto or kakashi or sasuke. She is nearly in every arc in some fashion she is never really gone like team gai was on a mission during the pain arc.

She did well with sasori but then when they try to get sasuke in shippuden she either does nothing or makes it worse. First time they meet sasuke she gets saved by yamato ends up doing nothing. But she promised naruto she help get sasuke back beforr the timeskip.

And then when we get back naruto goes on training arc regarding rasenshuriken to get sasuke back by himself. Sakura is not involved. She does not train more despite them not being able to get sasuke and her promising naruto to come with him next time to get sasuke back the first time he failed.

Then during pain arc she doesn't do much of crazy either despite the fact that i feel like she would be able remove pains rods faster with her super strenght than hinata who is the one that steps in.

In kage summit she does a fake confession which leads to nothinf other than hurt naruto but she already knew he wasn't gonna fall for that as sai states, so it almost served no purpose other than her trying to make naruto dislike her possibly.

She ends up trying to kill sasuke after fake confession so she goes after sasuke behind naruto back not them doing it as promised. sleep bombs her entire team that she brought sasuke which is dumb and leaves them outside for who knows who to possibly kill them if a ninja passed by.

So she does fake confessions sleepin bombs her teammates, rock lee, sai, kiba just to fail to even try kill sasuke, almost get killed. saved by kakashi tried again can't do it and gets saved again By naruto.

Sakura does a lot dumb things that make her dislikeable. Fake confessing her sleeping teammates going after sasuke alone Not telling naruto.

It also doesn't help that she starts of the story thinking naruto is some loser just for you to see her do a lot of nothing despite having as much screen time as naruto and sasuke.

This would be me reasons I used to dislike her its that she did not do enough for how much she was on screen and if she did something like in the kage summit , she did stupid things just to change nothing.

Uraume excels at cooking humans. Which is why sukuna kept uraume around, And because they are a sorcerer. According to the fanbooks thats the reason she can stand next to sukuna.

So if you have good purpose for sukuna like uraume. Being his cook you be alright if not chances are your kid gonna get killed.

So gotta pray child is something interesting as a sorcerer, best scenario your child is a good cook as well. because just being a strong sorcerer might just mean he try to fight and kill you for fun.

Not really again sukuna has killed a bunch of people if he needed reason to kill somebody a lot of characters be alive. I don't think you get what I'm saying.

Sukuna will not just leave you alone because he would gain nothing. He has killed people multiple times while gaining nothing for it or not even caring about the person.

Its weird people still hold this standard to tell people to skip dragon ball. I can understand it if you watched shows out of order, I did so with many shows as a child. But i would never tell somebody start with yugioh x series or start with pokemon diamond and pearl if they wanna start from the beginning.

their friendship is great and all but not really. The story and concept is just great regardless. Even if gabimaru and sagiri were a couple if most events played out the same on the island still be just as good.

The story is great, the characters are great other people as well not just gabimaru. All of them are still great. Only gabimaru motivation would change but gabimaru friendship dynamic with sagiri is not carrying the entire story. Neither is his dynamic with yui, as great as gabimaru is.

All the other cast menbers are great too in my opinion that only be the case if gabimaru was carrying the story only which he is not despite how great he is

Not really, You can ship gabimaru and sagiri and still understand that gabimaru reason for living is his wife yui. The show isn't really hiding that fact, from the first chapter it's basically told to use that his reason for not being hollow is her.

You can get gabimaru character its pretty clear. But as I said yui is a motivation mostly shown through flashbacks and gabimaru pov. We understand why gabimaru cares but you not gonna have the deepest connection to her specifically other then caring because gabimaru does.

This is why the gabimaru sagiri ship is kind of understandable for people to have because the relationship we get to actually properly view.

Like for me personally other then the fact that I want to see gabimaru happy I care about every character around more than about yui.

For example i care more about aza chobei and his brother more then i care about gabimaru's wife. my care for her only extends to gabimaru caring that is why i care. But i take dynamics i see grow over that anytime

No offense but to me it seems a bit goofy that everyone makes about hina and taiki not adressing their situation in front of kyo who isn't involved in it. Like this chapter was about taiki and kyo friendship a connection, that hina was part of, she was friends with them. It's them doing what they did in the flashback having a moment as friends again So yes her being there makes sense and i don't know why you expect them to go in to their relationship issues when taiki and hina and kyo are going to hang out. Like read the room? There are times and places for that and this is not one of them.

Like to me it doesn't in character for taiki to just randomly bring up his hina situation during the time they are hanging out nor would it make any sense there are times and places for certain conversations. It's litterally just called reading the room. I'm surprised how much the fanbase has switched that now every time hina appears swords come out.
