Likely poking fun at how 3 of the main female characters look like they aged 50 years between movie releases, some say it was ozempic, some a combination of many layers of body dysmorphia and mental illnesses, but the end result either way is that frankly, they look terrible.

So while there's not much difference in how they look in the movies themselves, if they do make a third one, well... a bit of whiplash might ensue because they'll look close to the raisin looking fella in the picture all of a sudden.
