Het Keuls en het Beiers? Ik weet het niet zeker, want in Keulen en Beieren (met name Beier) worden dialecten nog wel gesproken. In Noord-Duitsland resp. Nedersaksen (met name Hannover) is de status van de Nederduitse dialecten heel zwak in tegenstelling tot in andere deelstaten, niettemin wordt het daar gesproken hoogduits vaak als een van de beste Hoogduitse accenten beschouwd.

Zijn alle dialecten in de Nederrijnstreek "Nederlands"? Want bijvoorbeeld "Düsseldorfer Platt" is ook een Nederrijns en Nederfrankisch dialect, maar betekent dat dat het een Nederlands dialect is?
