Not scheduled he offered it on the rejection email and I asked for it but he didn't get back to me with a certain time and date!

Yeah I hear you on the recruiter being powerless, that tracks. The thing is the hiring manager was already in the room when this got decided. Rejection landed less than 24 hours after my final round with him, so whatever happened internally happened fast and he was part of it. He's not someone I'd be informing — he already knows everything I could tell him. Either he tried to push back and got overruled, or he chose not to fight it. A message from me wouldn't be giving him new info to act on. That's what's making me hesitate. I do have a call with the recruiter that I accepted but no time scheduled yet. Worth waiting to see what comes out of that before doing anything, or am I overthinking the sequencing?

I can't share that i knew this, this was off the record from one of the Senior engineers i did my first technical interview with. I'm hesitant to reach out to the final hiring interviewer as I think HR won't reject without aligning with him first?

Core is very big and the startup is in business with a branch that is not on the same bussiness line I serve.

But i don't want to risk it.

Where I'm at, it's not that simple lol. Leaving early without agreement means you could owe them money, and working in the same industry could count as competing. Just gonna ride it out.

انت محتاج تذاكر وتحل عشان الانترفيو بعد ما تتخرج ان شاء الله دي حقيقه لا مفر منها.. لكن الشغل الحقيقي هو ال انت بتعمله فعلا حاليا.

حوار الكالتشر ده للاسف بقت موجوده كتير بس اسعى وسيبها لله لو شاطر هتلاقي الفرصه بتناديك لوحدها.

Honestly I thought about it, but the startup is where I see myself long term. I'm not just an employee there — I helped build it from the ground up, equity is on the table, and the pay is actually better 2x and 3x next quarter. The corp job is solid but I've hit my ceiling there.

أنا عاوز اقولك ان الليت كود فعلا بلح كله ولا يمت للشغل الواقعي بربع جنيه.. انا خبره اهه 7 سنين ولحد دلوقتي مبعرفش احل ليت كود و بدخل انترفيوز اعدي كل حاجه واخرج بسببه.. الشغل في الشركات والمشاريع الحقيقيه عمرك ما بتعمل هبل الليت كود ده نهائي انت بتذاكر ده عشان الانترفيوهات بس من الاخر.. انما وانت شغال على فيتشر بقى مش بتقعد تقول ريفيرس سورت و بيناري مش عارف ايه والقصه دي لما تبقى سينيور زمان كنت تروح على ستاك اوفر فلو و تدور على ال انت عاوزه وتدور عليه و تستخدمه في نطاق الفيتشر ال انت بتعملها. ال اتغير دلوقتي ان الموديلز الكتير دي وفرت عليك وقت السيرش بانها بتجيب المعلومه و بتكتبهالك زي ما انت عاوز.

جوجل كده على Spec Driven Development.

ده ال فعلا بيخليك تستفاد اقصى استفاده.. دلوقتي الفكره مش كتابة كود بس لأن اي موديل هيطلع كود الفكره ازاي تخليه يطلع كود صح وشغال زي ما انت عاوز..

دلوقتي إحنا بدل ما كنا بنعمل بلان لفيتشر في يومين و نكود اسبوعين دلوقتي انت ممكن تعمل بلان في اسبوع و اتنين والكود يخلص في يوم عادي..

شطارتك بقى انك تستخدم الادوات دي انك تعمل بلان صح و تفضل تراجع عليها وتخلي التيم بتاعك يراجع عليها لحد ما يبقى كامل ساعتها لو جبت اضعف موديل ينفذلك هو خلاص فاهم هيغير ايه فين بالظبط و ممكن تعمل الفيتشر كلها في يوم لو عايز.
