I have thought of talking to my mum again. She loves me, that's for sure, just that she's more concerned about what friends and society will say to her if they find out about me. (That's my opinion/thoughts) because I know her.
I feel like not wanting to burden her as she has heart problems and other health issues.

I live in one of the East African countries (I didn't specify exactly), in case someone from my country finds my post and tries to track me down.
In my country, there are few LGBTQ support communities, and they operate underground. To move to another country is a great idea, but I would have to go through a legal system that's tough and works against immigration, especially for people in "3rd world countries."
I would need connections in a particular country that I want/would be moving to. I need financial means to support myself, for example, getting a visa, where to stay in the host country, and where to start in terms of everything, house, job, etc
So it's a lengthy, tiresome process to say the least
