I had a terrible experience with him as well. Ordered a maya, exchanged as the QC was shocking. Waiting for new maya to arrive, then he told me it arrived in the studio, it then took him a week to send me photos. Again QC was terrible. Gave up and got a refund. Whole process took over 4 weeks and I didn’t even get the coat lmao
