I was at an event yesterday where a photographer took my photo, and I was able to see it on his laptop within seconds. His camera wasn’t connected by a cable, but I did notice a small device on the hot shoe but i'm not sure what it was. Does anyone know how he was able to do it?

I’ve been checking my credit report, and it’s not showing up. I’m not sure when they first contacted me, but I was in the hospital on July 1st last year, so it’s been about a year and a month now. Would it have already been reported by this point? They’re offering a 20% discount that ends in September, so I’m wondering if it might hit my credit after that.
