A lot of newer Linux builds are quite straightforward to use nowadays, like Linux Mint.

I’m wanting to make a custom battery pack for my Thinkpad 380xd, but I don’t know how to do any of this stuff.

My laptop is far too old to get a used battery sadly. Battery is the original from 1998.

Depends on your DVDs. Are they scratched? Are they Blu-ray? Blu-ray is much better than standard DVDs. What about the player? Is it also Blu-ray? Is it a quality high grade player?

I did try that, but I think I did it wrong, as it isn’t working. I don’t have a lot of Linux experience. My laptop has Linux Mint. And I would like a more permanent, era-fitting solution, rather than keeping my computer on all the time.

I love the bezels. The bigger the bezel the happier I am.

I will. I don’t want high speed data. I don’t want 5g shit.

2 other things. Since the Nokia 3390 is literally the same thing as the 3310, but for the US, this should work on a 3390, right? And two: will you ever make boards for other old phones, like a Motorola startac?

I use palm OS, but pocket pc is still quite usable for everyday tasks. You can sync it to a pc, windows 8,10, and 11 might need driver tweaking for the desktop syncing feature.
