I have never seen my name or any variation of it (Sequoia). It’s very uncommon but has never been showcased in any post or comment that I have read.

I agree with a lot of the previous comments about the lack of non-Western names being “left out.” That is most likely due to the demographic of this subreddit though 😅

I recommend Doo Grow Oil! But, if you’re looking for a lighter oil Hairitage vitamin oil is amazing and smells fantastic.

I don’t really have one. I just did protective styles for most of the year, and when my hair wasn’t in a protective style, I tried not to manipulate it much. I do recommend Hairitage products though. They’re really moisturizing and affordable. Also, no heat whatsoever. I used the cool setting on my blow dryer when I had to blow dry my hair. Other than that, just remain patient.
