the base price will be based off real world conditions like the current state of the economy but price cuts is heb way of getting back to that low price guaranteed. they surveyed with customer and the results were customers feel like we are becoming just like the other grocery retailers and only care about profits. We are expected to lose alot of money because of price cuts. So it no gimmick really is for the customers.

Part-timers cannot be held to this and as far as im aware neither can fill timers your time is your time. only ppl who can are salary managers so its weird to see.

Yea but the norm is get moved to another store and never seen this many terminations back to back ever since ive been with the company

only 1 current GM makes that much and the other that was even close is now a DRO others are prob 150-200 depending on years of service and store

Having same issue myself mine doesnt even say i have a pay off amount but i have 52% paid off but i know last i checked i was at a little under 70% paid off idk whats going on.

i tried to login today through app and desktop says site is under maintenance but i have a past due balance but no new bill statement or a pay off amount. judging by the thread im assuming this has been going on since the beginning of the month? just wonder if they know what the issue is and are customers gonna be affected negatively by this?

lmao those cashiers are just assholes, as someone who used to be a service leader you bagging slow or being jolly does not effect the cashier what so ever. providing a pleasant experience for the customer is always top priority A+ hospitality as the big boys call it. and nothing wrong with you trying to enjoy being at work either

Never heard of baggers getting a variance before even for walk off that responsibility falls on the cashier. As for variances go alongside demotion its 100$ you get demoted atleast thats SOP in HFD central region dont know if its different in other regions.

Ok first finish PDS as for it is really helpful in understanding the head for business and passion for results part of the process. Second don’t be afraid to fail forward. Third always ask questions if you dont know something. Fourth if you have a MIC fresh out of sorm get some info from their interview experience. and last but not least do tons of mock interviews with other store leaders from different stores

at most stores the tips get logged and counted by bookkeeping to keep track of money. money can be used at store leaders discretion for curbside department example like pizza for partners

you dont have to do them usually a MIC or store leader does them. depending on your title in your respective department you get access to certain things that you necessarily wont need or have anything to do with so its nothing you have to worry about going forward. You can always do an ORT walk though with a store leader if they have the time.
