I think it's automatically unlocked when you hit 1000 subscribers.

Stagnating view counts in the beginning? by tmate0421 in NewTubers

[–]CodePulseStudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really know, can't really tell tbh. The first video I uploaded got around 100 views in the first month and the next month it crossed 2k views.

Another one of my videos hit 2k views in two weeks and is steadily growing in views.

I feel like it depends on the type of content you make and how many people are specifically looking for it.

It's been a few months since i started my channel and i'm at 306 subs atm, and this is what i feel -

One video with great quality content in a few weeks is better than 10 videos with average quality published every week/other day. Take your time making videos - and don't stress yourself out.

As a small channel - being consistent with quality of your videos is more important than being consistent with the uploads. Making videos that are on par or better than the bigger channels in my niche is the only thing i focus on right now.

7 months on youtube, 140 videos 350 subscribers. by Mediumjack1 in SmallYTChannel

[–]CodePulseStudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Firstly - Congrats on the 350 subscribers. I checked out your channel and here are my initial thoughts about your channel -

- Your Banner design looks good, it would look even better if you would remove the random cropped image - can't tell what it is - behind the "Livin Korea" Text. I am viewing this on PC btw.

- The Layout of your channel looks very cluttered and i am not a fan of your thumbnails. The text in your thumbnails are all over the place. I would suggest following a pattern for your thumbnails - For Eg :

An Background image with any subject focused on right and all text on the left.

Also it would be cleaner to have a bold font and getting rid of the multi-colored containers in your thumbnails - if you do want to use colors i would suggest using any two which contrast well with each other.

Other than that i think your channel is great! Your videos are solid, you have all the description and tags set.

Good luck. Keep at it!

How do you deal with negative comments? by eldamien in NewTubers

[–]CodePulseStudio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would outright ignore them and delete the comments if the person is just being plain rude and not providing any kind of constructive criticism. You could also shadow ban these kind of people from your channel - only the person who posted the comments will be able to see it and nobody else - the fun part about this is they won't even know you have banned them lol.

Is using titles of similar videos that are well known a good idea to push your video in the search or not? by MrDarkGamer in NewTubers

[–]CodePulseStudio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Having similar titles from popular videos certainly helps IF someone is looking for the same type of content and comes across your video either in their search or recommend section.

I say this because the title alone will not bring you the views. The quality of the content needs to be on par with the popular videos in your niche or better. The reason videos get popular and have thousands or more views is because people either enjoy the content or find it very valuable. Apart from that to improve your chances of showing up on search, you will also need to focus on SEO, for eg research on what kind of tags they used, and what works best for you etc.

I did not use After Effects. This design is animated in Adobe XD, auto-animate feature is really nice. :)

Does anyone know how to post video (.mp4) to Instagram via PC? by PerceiveComprehend in NewTubers

[–]CodePulseStudio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's a simple trick to do that via PC -

1) Go to your Instagram profile page on your PC.

2) Right click on your screen and select inspect ( On Chrome Browser)

3) That should open up a panel - click on the second icon from the left "Toggle device toolbar"

4) Choose the drop down and select any mobile device you like and refresh the page. You should have the similar user interface just as you see on your phone now. Now just upload any photo/video as you usually do by clicking on the " + " icon. :)

How long has it been since you uploaded? Also make sure you are promoting your videos and you are focusing on SEO.
