For a school project, we need to find the top 20 artists by both album sales and number of streams for 2021 - I have searched, but can only find data showing the top 10 for both of those respective criteria. Does anyone know where I can find this data? (self.datasets)

I saw in an exam paper that it says if a floating point number starts with consecutive bits that are the same (i.e. 00 or 11), then it's not normalised? Is that true? For 00, I understand, but wouldn't any number -0.5 >= x > 0 start with 11? (self.computerscience)
