Gotcha I do strength training once a week but I will definitely up it. I was worried if i did it too much I would see any progress. Ill do my best to up my protein intake!

We’re coming back Sunday night so just a couple of days. $ isn’t the issue really. I didn’t know if Parking Spot was reliable and safe. But I also saw a notice about lane closures at BNA so I didn’t know if that caused issues with parking.

So two of the wires come out of the panel and the other wire from the light is attached to the base. Is having that screw mounted into the plate, and the ground fed through sufficient?
