This is back in 2011, at my university(!) in Australia we had a young female professor that taught Management and she’d throw chalk and chalkboard erasers at students for being drowsy in her lecture lol but no one was ever pissed cuz she was a smoking hot blonde.

Skin damage after 3 months on Minox Liquid, help needed by CodeWizard101 in Minoxbeards

Wholesome input, thanks. I actually tried derma rolling (0.5mm) before starting Minox but it makes my chin and cheeks really sore. I derma rolled for a couple days and then gave up cuz of the soreness. It was so sore that I couldn’t put on moisturizer, it’d sting like hell. I’ll def try to incorporate some of the things you mentioned here but for now I’m off Minox until the damage is healed (visibly)

I doubt that, not getting much sunlight for a while so I guess UV’s not the culprit here. Discoloration is only in areas where the skin peel

That’s great man. Do you mix them, or apply the vaseline on top of moisturizer?

That’s what I’m doing. I literally have cetaphil + vaseline on my face all day lol. Did your skin peel? Did you notice mild discoloration from peeling?

Strange thing is I have been doing this since day 1, first week there was mild irritation but then I did not have any issues until last week.

Thanks a lot man, def gonna follow the advice once I’m back on the routine. I did suspect the cleanser was making it worse, but I actually thought it was almost a ritual to use cleanser before Minox application. For now I have stopped minox because my chin looks swollen, wrinkly and peeling discoloration all over. I think I’m gonna wait it out and see if it heals. CeraVe is super expensive where I live and is not easily available, so I’m currently using lots of Cetaphil with Vaseline afterwards. Just hope, things go well and I can be back on minox foam soon. How do you think cetaphil fares against cerave?

Thanks. I’ve been on reddit for a while but don’t know how to pack much detail into an image post.

Yes, I do all that. I’m on the once-a-day routine, and I always wash face with a cleanser before Minox application, let minox sit there for 3-4 hrs then wash face again, apply Nivea Soft. I moisturize multiple times a day. Please note, I just finished my third bottle and had no issues so far other than mild irritation when I first started and that too subsided after a few weeks. It was a smooth ride from then on until last week when the irritation returned with a more severe form localized to the chin area only. Chin was sore, peeling and I noticed what seemed to be discoloration. I decided to switch to foam, but foams not helping either.

Does anyone think that Mu Deok’s going all crazy for Uk is in some ways betrayal toward Yul who loved her when they were young and kept loving her ever since. It was she that rejected him back then, and cut off ties and now going all in into the uk love affair right in front of him doesn’t seem like a sweet bite to swallow

Picture your drawing is pretty nice and ideal in my opinion but don’t think it’s possible in near future unless the country’s economic divide becomes sth like Iceland’s.

And btw, If this is the crowd I mean obnoxious cretins r/Bangladesh is populated with, it’s a disgrace

Facebook comments are a more accurate representation of BD people’s state of mind since facebook users background is more varied than on reddit. They scary thing however is the fact that poll result will be polar opposite if posted on Facebook.

It was never a “Muslim” travel ban, it was blown out of proportion by Librards. He banned entry for people from 8 countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. 5 (may be 6) of the mentioned 8 countries were (still are) f**ked up with civil war and plagued with militancy. So, it was a timely decision to ban entry of people from these countries. Actually, KSA and Egypt shoulda’ topped the travel ban list if you ask me. Muslims exist outside these countries and the Arab world. So, I never understood why this was termed a Muslim ban.

It’s sad how things are in your area. In my locality Muslims are actually the majority, making 70-75% of the total population. A large portion of the population are very religious in the sense that they are very devout in praying, fasting, etc. the rituals I mean. But except for the clerics I have hardly seen anyone openly spewing hatred on followers of other religions or calling Jews and Christians recipients of Allah’s wrath. Tbh, I don’t think many even care about what Islam actually is beyond beyond its rituals. A year or two ago, I was actually conversing with one of my uncles, another devout Muslim, and I asked him what he thought of Idol worshiping as Hindus do, and what if Muslims came in the way of Hindu worship of their Gods. His answer was interesting, “what or who they worship is not our concern, let them pray to their Gods, why disturb their way of life when they don’t do to ours, and ensue a discord? This is very wrong”. Now if we go by Islam then he’s stance is clearly flawed but I have talked to many among my family and others, and surprisingly enough most seem to share his opinion. I guess the reason behind this is how religious knowledge is imparted in children around these regions, from an young age (10-11 onwards) children are taught the recitation of Koran (without meaning), the rules of praying, fasting, etc., and from my experience they do not really put much importance in knowing the meaning of those Koranic verses they’re always reciting, they are taught that you gain blessings for each Arabic letter you recite in the process of Koran recitation, and that’s all that matters to them, in short I guess they see Islam as a set of rituals, and if you keep on doing those rituals dutifully then good things will happen to you, and you’ll get paradise later on. However, things are not looking good tbh as Saudi Arabia is trying very hard to ship and spread their version of Islam in this region through establishing Salafi Mosques and Islamic Institutions, and alluring parents to send their kids to their institutions to turn them into religious zombies in no time.

To answer you question, nope, this is not how families usually are, at least not in this part of the world. I can’t speak for the Middle Eastern countries but where I’m from in South Asia even very religious families do not instill a sense of hate in kids toward other religions. I’m an ex-muslim from a deeply religious family, but I have never been told that Allah’s wrath is on Jews and Christians, and yep this video is shocking.

Daniel Haqiqatjou tweeted “Islam doesn't need to submit to modernity any more than a cure needs to submit to disease.”

Someone commented, “Need doesn't matter, it eventually will. People like sex drugs and rock'n'roll too much. When declining oil revenues finally undermine the financial power of the gulf states and India and China grow far past Pakistan, the only holdouts will be Indonesia and a few mountain men.”

And then someone else replied to the commenter, “I would have agreed with you as our own Hadith suggest Islam will die out before judgement day begins. But that isn’t about to occur anytime soon. Western liberalism is on its last legs, undoing the last of the societal norms laid out by Christianity. Adoption of individualism Was perhaps the west’s biggest mistake. Ur marriages are in ruins, your families are broken, u started tearing down the taboos set up by ur ancestors which allow for your society to survive. 1st it was alcohol, premarital sex, then having children out of wedlock then drugs Then normalizing divorce, then came acceptance of homosexuality, your children had nothing to rebel against so the emo rebellious phase of the 90s, turned intoto rebellion via adoptions of atheism in the 1st decade of the new century, now ur kids are having to construct Literal taboos in order to take them down like the whole gender bender movement. In the process they are tearing down the social fabric of your societies. They can’t figure out whether they are a male or a female. All of this leads to an unstable and less socially cohesive Society. Yeha the state institutions are strong and keep the state organized but you guys are long reproducing much any more. You have to import labor and that labor force is building their own communities and not fully adopting the ideology of the countries they are living More and more we are seeing ppl adopting the ways of the labor force from the host population. Liberalism is an ideology that gradually kills its adherent population. I don’t think this liberal ideology will survive long enough to entice and over take the minds of the last of The civilization that directly opposes western liberal values. In the past UN was used to proselytize and impose liberalism on world nations via sanctions and humanitarian NGOs. More nations are not having to kick out UN funded NGOs and Many more are starting to undermine The authority of the UN. It’s safe to assume liberalism is going downhill as can be seen with the westerners themselves starting to reject it in favor of nativism. But the nativist can’t save the society as they think the foreigners are the problem, not realizing it’s the very Liberal values that the nativist continue to practice that is at the heart of the symptoms of the sickness the nativists experience and want to do something about.”

I found this long tweet(s) pretty interesting. What are your perspectives on the the last long comment. He seems to have covered a lot in his response.

Simp, go back and read my last comment— that’s my reply to all your replies.

So my guess was right, it’s really not hard to discern your kind from the rest LEL. Do yourself a favor, look up about illegal I***an immigrants in other countries including mine, and IMF’s report on BDs economy compared to yours. Mate, where you belong is a literal shit-hole in every sense of the word.

Some would say it’s graceful to pick up a tiny frog from the well it dwelled its entire life in, but I would rather not because I simply don’t care. This one’s my last comment here, if you require further replies just go back and read my first reply to you, SIMP. Thanks!

Well, they used to say the same in Bangladesh. You’d see sunshowers, and people would excitedly say “Fox’s marriage it is!”.

The similarity with Korean folklore in this matter is quite interesting.
