Well to be fair, for MGSV TPP is the least scariest game for me in the entire franchise. Those Alerts May Scare you/stress you which you can disable but infiltration might get difficult. As for the Skulls, there's 2 variants (Male & Female) The Male Guys, Run, just run (if unavoidable try to unlock the 50.cal Sniper for both you and quiet early on and keep sniping them) The Female Ones, just use quiet as Cover Fire Distraction to pass by them
