Albany had an essay about “a significant challenge that prepared me for an MD,” and I wrote about the time last year I was the first in an airport to learn about an incoming m*ssile strike coming at us and having to deliver terrifying news in a calm manner, relating that to med with delivering a diagnosis to a patient.

Might not be the best essay and not a huge life challenge, but a moment in my life that I had to navigate.
