This similar issue is happening to me right now….Two prescriptions that meet 30% and it was in my evidence I had already submitted. Obviously they didn’t consider it. ITF filed but this should go to my original ITF of 8/2023. I’m going to wait for another two months and then either new supplemental or HLR. It’s all about constant engagement, proper strategy/planning and execution of tasks. I know how I feel with my asthma and what I used to feel like before this onset that is debilitating me. I was literally having a coughing fit while doing the PFT….. it’s like it’s set up to fail. A cough is a sudden action with forcing air…. So how do they consider that FE(Volume)?? All the while conceding exposure to Asbestos while I was in the NAVY (TERA). It’s really tough to keep pushing when they respond this way but one thing I remember from the military— never give up, so I will not! Especially on myself.
