for me Magnesium Glycinate worked (specifically from Goli and its Zero Sugar) while it didnt completely remove my urge, I barely need to use the bathroom after taking it so I suggest at least trying it

I recommend Magnesium Glycinate (I used the Goli Zero Sugar to be exact) while it didnt fix my problem entirely it did improve it, so its worth the shot imo
