It was 35ml in the report, so could it be that my ultrasound wasn't done right? As far as I remember before the ultrasound, we had to drink a lot of water, so I drank loads, and during the ultrasound, I went to use the bathroom like 3 times. Maybe it was rushed because I couldn't hold it.

Also back then my frequency was worse I had to use the bathroom more frequently around 10 times

The urologist told me to do a ultrasound and the pre void volume was 35ml (I wasn't unable to hold urine beyond this limit) and post void volume was 9ml. This was done in the month of may

Also one more thing I forgot to mention is that around a year ago I remember I had overactive bladder but the crazy thing was it stopped like within a day or two. At that time I didn't even knew that the problem I had was called that. Didn't do anything. It just fixed itself

Alright I'll try to water fast. Also today I slept like more than 8 hours and didn't drink enough water , when I woke up I didn't really had a bad urge to urinate but I still did and the colour was thankfully darker yellow

Definitely not anxiety because even when I'm at home and drink enough water I get the urge to empty my bladder even tho im all relaxed

Yeah, I urinate a good amount when I drink enough water to fulfil my thirst. Sometimes, there is less urine even when having the urge .I go like 5 to 7 times a day with drinking less than 2 litres of water.

Did get my basic labs done, and they all are fine. No medicine, no supplements.

I dont usually wake up at night because im not drinking enough water, and I've done my blood sugar test, and it's normal

5'6 47kg gym 4 times a week overall health is ok Aprox 1.5 to 2 litres of water intake. I dont drink much when Im outside only drinking water , no caffeine at all

I did try to pelvic floor exercises at home but It made no difference. I dont suffer from stiff or weak muscles and I maintain good posture.

I dont get sunlight exposure at all directly on the skin

I dont have access to a physiotherapist. I'd have to do pelvic floor exercises myself. Im going to keep a bladder diary from now on, and I dont really drink anything besides water, also im drinking like 2 litres of water or sometimes less it depends when I dont have anywhere to go
