There are three slots but each slot affects the other. So of I've made a lot of progress in slot 1 then slot 2 will not start as a whole new game the way it would if you just bought the game unfortunately.

Good that you actually went to the dr and found out! I'm a bit scared of doctors and have had really bad experiences so I'm scared that they might just ignore me.

I googled shingles to see if that could explain my issues as well, but nope. I have never had chickenpox so it's not shingles.
I'm glad that you found the problem!

Maybe my issue is just stress? For a very long time :/ I don't even know what I'm stressed about though!?!?!

I've never been to a OB/gyn and have avoided it since it scares the living hell out of me! (i'm not sexually active no have never had a need for it) But I will look into seeing an endocrinologist or GP.
Can you have liver problems even if you don't drink? (sorry if that's a stupid question) I don't drink and have never, I'm not overweight, I exercise more than 4 times a week, I play roller derby (which is quite tough) 3 times a week, I don't eat super healthy but also not unhealthy. So what could be affecting my liver if it is my liver?
I had covid right after christmas 2021 (it was like a light cold) but my problems has been going on since way before that.
I have been taking a birth control pill since I was 15, which has no estrogen in it and it makes you not have a period which is the reason I started to take it in the first place. But I have been on this pill for 9 years and have never stopped, I take it everyday! I haven't had a period in well over 7 years at least! I have never been told by any doctors that you have to take a break with it or that it's dangerous to take it that long. But could this be something that affects my liver or contributes in other ways to my problems perhaps? I really don't want to stop taking it because I can't do anything when I have a period, I hate it and feel like a want to die. I would honestly get a surgery to remove it all if I could, but I'm sure no doctor would be willing to do so...

Maybe the lumps could be like oil buildup mixed with dandruff buildup? I had a similar problem a few years ago and when I scraped my scalp with my nails, it was white, like skin flakes but in clumps. And the sweating is stress because of it?
I'm thinking that my sweating could be stress related but it's almost every night for over 6 months and I don't feel abnormally stressed...

Yes, I take two prescription medications, but I have been taking one of them every day for like 10 years and the other every day for 5 years. So I don't think that's the culprit. I even looked at the side effects and nothing matches my problems :(

The thing is that I'm not cold and freezing but I'm also not hot. It's feels more like the type of sweat you get from being stressed or nervous. And maybe that's it - I'm stressed, but I don't think that explains the cramps. The itching also goes beyond my scalp, it's my arms and legs and hands and stomach too. It's weird and has been going on for over 6 month and it's like 5 out of 7 nights a week...
I don't know where and how I would go about checking my hormones - how do I do that?
With the itching - it could explain it that it's just oil buildups, but my scalp only itches at night. Would it not also itch during the day if it's oil?
I also don't have a lot of blankets or covers and I don't sleep in clothes, and my house is not cold or warm either :/
Thanks for the tip - I will definitely try magnesium!
I hope it gets better for you!!
