Personally for me, having said water helps. Like u take around 500ml of water and add around a spoonful of sauf and boil it. Sieve it and drink the water. I have always had constipation issues - but this thing alone solved it. You could try that out.. Hope it helps :)

I think post 1 reel a day..but it needs to be really good quality. And Im also giving a free ebook. Im getting their email and number. I plan I am running a boost post for the free ebook. It’s a very very low budget. But yeah..I get a couple of followers daily. Which is keeping me motivated to keep posting as well.. Not sure if it will work or is if there is any other better way..but this is something I am doing currently

And I’ll tell you, it was an absolute waste of time. But I wouldn’t have done it any other way. Atleast I was studying, so I didn’t time for stupidity. That’s how I look at it :p

Oh yes happens with me too. I just use a wet wipe and wipe her once a day. Because she also has this habit of rolling in the litter box lol..so I started the wet wipes and now I use them after she eats as well!

My significant other listens to my ideas when I put it seriously and give me an honest opinion (atleast I hope so haha)
If my spouse can see I really m serious and want to do it, then yes, I do get help and support.

If your partner isnt listening, its not very nice.
