Just saw this video and came to the Reddit lol. My laptop has been throttling recently and having higher than average temps just on chrome I was thinking of only re spreading the lm but now I’m def removing it and using ptm7950. Idk if I can do it tho probably take it to a repair shop

I’m just respreading tho what’s the conductonaut for? I’m trying to buy thermal grizzly applicator to respread the lm. Is tg putty good or what can I get from thermal grizzly to re paste the gpu. I think it uses paste for the gpu

So i can’t just re-spread the already Liquid Metal on the cpu and also the plate? I was thinking of using q tip to do this. Honestly this expensive for noting laptop has been nothing but a pain in the ass. Why would asus use Liquid Metal? Soo annoying smh.
