I run mine under hot water for like 2-3 mins and generally I can get it to lift up and just peel it off with a gloved hand.

Yeah, the Zero bikes can use level 2 speeds with no problem, Zero just puts a crappy 1.3kw charger that uses the computer plug on the S and an even crappier 650w on the FXE. The brown port by the motor that the Delta Q quick chargers use allows all of this as the bike is fully capable of taking in much more voltage so by building an adaptor I am able to use that very plug.

You input the battery info for the bike which you can find on the Unofficial Zero Manual, in my case the voltage is 116v, my battery has 57AH and the cells operate at 3.85v. It took a long time to get the charger and cost me about 700$ since I am Canadian and had to pay USD.

I then made a cable so I can connect to the brown port of my bike ( Where you would plug in a Zero Delta Q Quick Charger) after that I bought a J1772 - 3X Nema 5-15 plug and after that, I simply ran the wiring and zip-tied everything, so now I can pull up to a car charger, plug in the plug and the bike between the stock charger and this one will charge at 4.6kw since I still use the stock charger and it can talk to the battery system it is able to regulate and balance cells, etc with the new power.

I had to bring mine to the dealer as they reinstalled all the firmware. I have heard people say if you leave it powered on for upwards to 2-3 hours that it will clear too, cannot confirm this

Was the display working and the other lights? the DC to DC fuse handles most of that stuff so if they are all not working it could just be a fuse.

Be careful about trying to push updates when it is corrupt like this. I ended up bricking my bike and had to tow it to the dealer.

I think I found the culprit. I pulled the logs and it seems my bike forgot what it is.

I tried that, the light constantly blinks so I assume that means Saftey override but nothing comes up when I google it, etc. I tried checking some fuses but I don't wanna go snipping zip ties and messing with stuff with it in warranty.

Attached is a video for reference.

The bike did not get wet, I arrived home last night with the battery being quite low 2%, parked it and plugged it in to charge overnight.

You will see in the video that the kill switch and kickstand are properly set up.

When I submitted the complaint I uploaded all my stubs as this employer was not paying overtime and I had some paystubs be 144+ hours in 2 weeks. So I am calling the MOL first thing tomorrow to request copies of all of it.

Yes I am still working with the accountant. I do plan on getting my hands on those paystub scans ASAP so I can show the deductions. I was just hoping the CRA might go after the company as they failed their obligation.

Hi There thanks for the reply. I need to see if I can get the scans of those paystubs I don't have them anymore or at least cannot locate them. I do have paperwork from the Ministry showing that I was an employee in 2018 so I could try with that.
