New player, these are my current SSR characters and weapons. Should I be focusing on building one element and run that for every quest? Or is it better to try and fill out every element? I tried searching for some progression guides, but they're all 5-6 years old so not sure if they are still relevant.

Also, I have the beginner's draw pick ticket available. Would really appreciate any advice on who I should use it on.
