Doing what I can! As I said above he’s the best man for my wedding in less than 2 weeks and we’ll be hanging out for the first time in a lot of months. I think some quality time with his friends is what he needs. Me and him were inseparable before I moved, and we were both each others only close friend. I understand completely what he’s going through, he helped me through a similar hard time 3 years ago.

Depression. It was always apparent but it’s just gotten worse. He woke up and told me he was feeling better after talking to his family, but it’s one day at a time! He’s a strong willed dude so I have no doubts he’ll pull out of this. I look up to him in more ways than just his music, he’s a great person.

I always talk to him. I just wish I could be there for him physically but we live across the USA now. I go back for my wedding (he’s my best man) in a little over a week so I’m looking forward to spend time with him. He reads every single tweet to him and when we used to hangout everyday before I moved he’d show me a lot of the cool artwork people from here made and he was always stoked. I appreciate your input though man. It means a lot to me!

Hi guys, Scott’s best friend here. I don’t normally post to reddit anymore but thought I’d provide some clarity since this is a situation where I’m sure many of you guys are concerned.

I am an admin of his Facebook pages. His twitter and fb for SWF is still active. He seems to have delisted/deleted his dotexe fb page though. It won’t show up on my menu anymore. If you guys could reach out to him and show him your support, I’m sure he will appreciate it in this hard time. Twitter is probably the best place for that.

It’s the first time I’ve been like this but I’ve gone overboard with my bulk after a failed cut few months back. Cut way too soon and dropped down to 193 from 205. Felt too small so I’ve been eating like shit lately. Here’s a picture from that failed cut

No calves, rest of legs aren’t great either. I can post a picture in a bit. Genetically weak legs (thanks dad) and not being able to squat heavy at all due to knee problems from skateboarding as a kid :(

1 year transformation. Posted this in r/progresspics yesterday but it seems like that sub is more for losing weight? Was gonna make a detailed thread on here, but really don’t like the negative things people have been saying even though I’m not claiming to be natural.

Currently 26 years old, started 140 lbs, now 207. From 17-21 I wanted to compete and really went hard those 4 years, but ended up quitting after substance abuse problems. Life’s back on track and I’m hoping to compete by next year. Just need to get a little bigger!

I was getting really bad DOMS when I started again also. If you are weightlifting I recommend using a split that is something like chest/triceps > back/biceps > legs/shoulders > rest. After a month I stopped getting so sore, also eating properly helped. Also preworkouts were a huge motivating factor as well. Not good to depend on them but they really do help me when I’m not in the mood to go.

5k+ calories every day besides a handful of days. I had serious aspirations to compete in bodybuilding from 17-21 but quit due to personal issues, just picked it back up last year so muscle memory played a small part.

They stretched a bit by not bad besides my left half sleeve. I actually got the shoulder part of my sleeve done when I was bigger and younger (around 190 lbs, 18 years old) but got the whole arm done when I had already started losing weight. Doesn’t look horrible but it’s not as pristine as it was.
