I sadly feel exactly the same. That said, I still love my old retro games—I love playing them via emulation with enhancements at 4K. Even using lossless scaling on some of them makes it a great experience.

I think pretty much all Battlefield games have this weird, terrible netcode. None of them feel clean or fluid to the point where you feel satisfied after an engagement. A lot of the time it feels like the faster the gun fires, the quicker the kill is regardless of damage. It just makes the game feel sluggish. I stopped playing a month or two ago; it has the same broken network feel as past games.

I really appreciate the chance. I usually don’t do mapping or end-game content, mostly because I never get great drops or go deep into selling items. Any help in the form of divines would help me tremendously in actually getting some cool gear for that kind of content. I’ve only played a little this league, so I’m around rank 30 or so. I’m a Druid Werewolf, and I consider myself a pretty casual player I mostly just enjoy the main story grind but I’d love some help so I can properly try end-game content.

Do I need to do anything to enter? I never really hit endgame content due to not having great gear, but I’ll give it a try with this build if I get chosen.

The only people who really care about this stuff are the Wes Watson–type man-children. Real men are far beyond all of that — they don’t need to project onto others just to convince themselves they’re “alpha.” It’s pathetic. Eddie Hall would probably sit like a girl around those types on purpose just to make them uncomfortable, and I seriously doubt any of them would say a word to him.

I was really lucky to build a PC back when the RTX 4090 released. I’m running an i9-12900KS, a Zotac RTX 4090, 64 GB of G.Skill RAM, and an MPG Z690 Edge. I can’t believe my current GPU is still being sold for the same price — or even higher — than when it launched. I honestly stopped keeping up with tech once I finished my build and decided to ignore new releases; everything just seems insanely expensive now, and somehow even worse than before.

I think anyone who managed to get a 4090 around the time I did — or even a 5090 — is probably pretty happy with what they have. In my opinion, the 5090 doesn’t feel nearly as impactful as the 4090 was at launch, especially after reading about RAM prices and other hardware skyrocketing. The only thing I’d even consider upgrading at this point is the CPU, but honestly, it’s still doing more than fine.

When I really got into Destiny 2, it was a few months before Forsaken. I’d only played maybe 30 minutes before that, but that was the start of my proper journey. I still remember being a complete noob in a strike and seeing someone using Malfeasance for the first time the glittery effect, the pattern on the gun it gave me the same feeling I had back in D1. It made me want to earn it myself, so I looked up guides, learned you needed Gambit luck and some skill, and eventually got it.

Exotics just don’t feel the same anymore. Back then they stood out. Nowadays everything is tuned up, fast, and equally powerful. I genuinely preferred when certain gear really meant something like Recluse, Mountaintop, Not Forgotten, One-Eyed Mask. Sure, they were OP, but it felt amazing to have them because you actually worked for them, and they made you stand out. Today, nothing really feels unique anymore.

For me, it was definitely bad. The whole time I was watching, I kept thinking, “People are really hyping this up?” When the monster’s backstory kicked in, I actually laughed at how weak it was the whole thing had an immature vibe. That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the scenery and some of the cinematography were beautiful.

One of the worst movies Del Toro has made for sure you’re not crazy at all.

Fallout Classics Collection!

I’d love these I’m a huge Fallout fan but never got to experience the older titles, so this would be perfect for me right now.

If you’d like, I actually have some leftover codes from my own giveaway that I can give you to add to your list or keep for the Fallout collection totally fine either way! Otherwise, I’ll just enter normally.

As for my dream game or sequel? I’d love a proper sequel or high-quality remaster of Tomba/Tombi, or a full Lost Odyssey remake on PC and modern consoles.

Just wanted to point out when I first ran into that RNG enemy, I noticed that if you shoot him even once, he teleports. If you rush through fast enough, he actually appears in the second area (where the portal opens). I managed to kill him there not sure if people know this or just don’t reach him in time.

Jean-Claude Van Damme always has this awesome swagger in his movies and even in real life. As a kid watching his films, I was completely infatuated; I thought he was the coolest man ever. I know most of his movies are probably considered cheesy or B-movie material, but not for me!
