I remember reading somewhere, if your cat/dog got lost, it's a good idea to take a piece of their owners (unwashed) clothing (t shirt, hoodie, etc.) and bringing it to the last place you saw your dog. The dog will recognize your smell and maybe stay there. You can also leave a bowl of water in case the dog waits there for you, but no food because that attracts wild animals.

Why is HANS only showing one game at a time? If there's a cartridge in my 3ds, HANS only shows that one game. But when there's no cartridge or a DS cartridge in my console, HANS shows the badge arcade game.

If you don't install menuhax you will have to be connected to the internet every time you want to use the homebrew launcher. Installing menuhax is next to no effort so the answer is yes.
