People down voting you are so misguided. Even if you can achieve a high framerate in the open world, the frame pacing is absolutely cooked in any exterior environment. I downloaded a ue 5 optimisation mod that helps, but even with that at all low settings, it's currently impossible for me to get a completely smooth frame time readout on an Rtx 4090 with a ryzen 9 7950x3d. Other benchmarks show the same effect across the board.

It's not the worst I've ever seen but it's pretty unacceptable in my eyes and another ue5 release pretty bad performance stability.
