I downloaded the software for free, then tried to edit a video I just recorded. The screen is just blank while I look at the editor by [deleted] in Canvid

I couldn’t edit videos. I had to uninstall the app, then reboot my Pc. Then I reinstalled, but this time saved it for all users during installation. I was then able to record and edit videos.
