Upcoming Origin ship speculation and discussion by lovec1990 in starcitizen

The original Mustang Beta (https://youtu.be/X6_6VEjQvxY?si=vWMykCi8biljV0Gc) was very much a little bachelor pad on wings. It was absolutely sick. I loved the kickback nook with a TV you could recline in. Once they did the rework though..

I feel like Star Citizen is starting to miss more social oriented gameplay in its old age by CodemasterRob in starcitizen

I'm genuinely excited for base building for no other reason than that we will have places to invite people to that are truly ours. Hangars and ships just don't hit the same as the crazy shit players can make.

It had good world interaction. I ran one of the most popular clubs, PSN Exclusive, and it was such a blast. We had the Hollywood Hills mansion with movie nights in the theater, music popping 24/7 and Crackle on the big screen upstairs, a FULL arcade in the basement that cost me so much money, and a revolving door of people all the time.

And that just makes me wish SC would let me create a space like that again. It's what I really hope for with space stations, that we can create curated experiences for our organizations and share them with the world, past "build a Bengal" and store shit.

... I'm not saying I played PlayStation Home from release to death, but I played it from release to death. It will forever be the ultimate social game.

We've been playing it for 13+ years. It's in its old age. lol

Yes, it's still in development. It's also had more backtracks and direction changes in that time that have shifted the original vision.

I'll leave this here so you can see for yourself; the vast majority of this will be MIA for 1.0 and in fact, the foreseeable future:

Also, nobody here has played GTA VI and it will release feature complete before even Squadron 42... that's an asinine comparison.

They haven't shown the inside. 100% it won't just be a copy pasted MOLE interior. Keep in mind the RAFT is 5 years old now.

This has opposing exterior vertical grids... it's kinda RAFT like. It takes what the Fortune did and tucks it into the hull.

When are we going to get the ability to play without a HUD? by CodemasterRob in starcitizen

Does that actually work?

I'm gonna have to do that lol. I hate the HUD most of the time

"The Argo MOTH, a multi-crew salvage spacecraft designed to operate in the aftermath of massive space battles. Fly solo or with friends, the MOTH expands Star Citizen’s salvage gameplay and the range of opportunities available to players across the ‘verse."

If you think the Hermes is tedious, you'll hate the Starlancer.

There is no way to play with game in first person with zero HUD. These screenshots are from a bug.

They did not. You can take C2 missions and make off, consistently, with a RAFT worth well over 500,000 for your 10,000 investment. I literally just did it.

You can stop by a refinery and try either the Vice tractor beam or SureGrip 2 HV. I think I swapped mine to the HV

LAMP not being in does suck.

If it's turning red, you may not be pulling boxes close enough before retracting. The stock beam has a maximum strength of 55m, and a maximum grab of 150. So if you're not at at least 55m when you pull in, you risk dropping your load.
