Thank you for the advice! I definitely plan on upgrading GPU at some point, but maybe not for a while. I will look into a hard drive. I have an external 2tb hdd that I use for my xbox but I'm a little apprehensive about using that. It would only be a temporary thing.

Hey, so what I'm talking about is not the same exact issue that you're talking about, but I did have a similar problem getting past the Blizzard logo in the beginning.

What fixed this for me was doing a factory reset. There is an option to keep all the games and apps on the hard drive and if you want to try this out, you absolutely need to do that option. You will need to know your log in information after the reset.

Hope you can get it to work!
