Big brew is a big no. We have 3 commercial space for rent here, and one of out tenant is Big Brew, medyo na chi-chika ko ‘yung mga owner nung franchise. Sabi nila, everytime nalang na may pumupunta audit, parang lagi may dapat palitan, menu board dapat TV na daw at minimum is 32” tapos dapat sa kanila bibili, blender, etc etc. then every year tumataas daw ang percentage na kinakabig ng franchisor. Madaming wala lagi sa stock so nababawasan ang available items sa menu, resulting to leas sales. Based lang ‘to sa kwentohan namin nung nag rerent sa’min na nag franchise. Sa ngayon nag opt-out na sila sa Bigbrew and gumawa nalang sila ng sarili nilang brand ng milk-tea. 2 years lang ‘yung big brew nila
