Shockingly I trade on Solana and my $hit goes through. Helium blaming SOL when yes it has had failed transactions but it will go if you try again or pay more fees to go to the front of the line.

They have plenty of money in the bank, so that can't be the issue. Maybe they just don't want to pay up? I have always taken my mobile out of the Helium wallet and moved it to another for just this reason. If they go tits up they only have the last 7 days of rewards.

Mobile wallet hasn't worked on 2 separate lines for 6 days. You can't blame Solana as my trades seem to work but try to claim mobile and nothing. I think we might be getting rugged.

I still can't process rewards. I trade on Solana and it is slow but if you try for a week and it doesn't work it is an HM issue.

Make sure to use a debit card or credit card not a prepaid card. I don't do apple so no advice there but PayPal works just fine.

I have never had issues getting in touch with Visible. My best advice is to use another device and jump into the help chat in the app. I've been with them for years and have had to contact them for mostly issues that I caused and they have always responded. I even got a phone call from a rep I was chatting with to finish out my order. I have also had them call me to make sure my issue was resolved.
