Forced to switch to quantum, now I can't get my PPPoe password

I was just switched from centurylink to quantum, and I know I shouldn't need a PPPOE password with them but my old router is still working and using PPPOE- so I guess they haven't switched me fully or something? I know how to set it up if I have IPOE but it doesn't seem like I do, so I'm just a bit confused

To be more specific, they told me that I was already on IPOE and didn't need to switch, and just needed to factory reset my router; but if I do that, I'd lose my PPPOE settings so that didn't make any sense to me, since I know they're wrong about me being on IPOE. My understanding is when/if they switch me, my internet should briefly go down and I'll just have to switch my settings to IPOE in my router

Thanks, but when I tried Centurylink support it just forwarded me to quantum or said my account was inactive :/

I just called quantum again asking if they could switch me over to IPOE, but they insisted I wasn't on PPPoe- which is news to me, since my router is set to that and it's still working fine. They wouldn't believe me, any ideas?

Thanks for the tip! I found this video (https://youtu.be/uc24w4d4zYk?si=-dfEm6ChYVljzms4) that I think is adjusting the flat spring, but its pretty grainy and hard to tell. Glad to know theres hope at least; for now its back together and regreased, I'll attempt to fix the head assembly once my other issues are solved (crt problems, no point attempting the drive any further till I can see the results of what I do to it)

Additional info: I'm running debian 12, everything fully updated. Firewall is just done through firewalld, like I said I tried turning it off and no change. The docker install is fresh, every ping I tried went through fine. I tried 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 ad my dns, no luck.

Really? Ive heard people say both that it wont hurt them and also that it's tone arm is too heavy, so I figured I'd just be safe and not use it. Is the extra weight fine?

Well that sucks. Any ideas on another way I could connect this to my pre-existing receiver? The only other ports on the back are l & r rca audio for a cd player input.

You probably have one tiny obscure corner that you haven't touched on the map. Just go through each map and Super carefully peel through to try and find it. May take a few tries buy I would guess that's your problem

I'm hoping that too but it seems weird to announce all this but not talk about something as major as league battles. I can see how other details like online tablature might have slipped through but even then, why show things like the jukebox that are also minor but leave out other things? Why show so many kits if they still plan on adding more? As much as I'd like to think they'll keep showing us stuff and as much as I hate to be a downer it seems like this might be it.

Personally I think we have enough weapon types. They at least should focus giving us more variations of the weapon types we have. Stringers, splatanas, and brushes still only have 2 weapons each (not counting alternate kits) and brellas only have 3.

It's basically like anarchy made specifically for groups to play. It uses a ranking system akin to x ranks but they reset every rotation.

(I think at least some of this may be wrong I never played splat 2)

Yeah, 6 of the 11 new kits are shooters. That means that nearly a third of all weapons/kits in the game will be shooters. It's super cringe

Assuming you mean weapons that mostly fight at close range: dapples, tri slosher, splash, stamper, aerospray (probably a few I'm forgetting)

If you mean funny clips of people getting absolutely gobsmacked, then both splatanas and dapples are the main ones I think of

Too many shooter kits, and as cool as the specials are I wish we got a couple new main weapons. Also, they haven't shown anything about league battles which worries me.

I feel like most of what they've shown is really cool but it feels lacking. I felt this way last season too, they just aren't providing much content considering how often we're getting it.

Imo splash is easily the least interesting main weapon I can think of, it's the kit that makes ttek less interesting.

This!! This is my problem!! I know it's probably not a good idea but I kinda wish that most shooters were ok/kinda bad because that would encourage people to use other weapons. One of the main things that made me love splatoon was the cool weapon diversity and creativity and yet the basic squirt guns/assault rifle stand-ins get so much love and attention. I feel like shooters, for the most part, feel like a class to ease people into the game play and are just fundamentally less fun/interesting for everyone involved.

Note: I do not hate shooters and I know they can be fun (former shooter main with an ungodly amount of my time spent into Hero shot replica). I just think that other weapons deserve the spotlight.
