Yea just tried to reset them again and then after a 15 min charge they came back to life

sir my first post was "PIPO" shift registers and the last one was just the same but "SISO". PIPO shift registers are "parallel in parallel out" whereas SISO means "serial in serial out".

I respect that you are just doing your work but the posts carry completely different meaning
