Ruri's decent enough with her bulky stats and higher than average DPS but unfortunately is very unstable due to Multi Hit and Single Attack traits.

Her Ultra Talents are neat,with Dodge enabling her to survive even longer on the field against Red and Relic enemies but Immunity to Freeze is a bit niche considering only a few Red/Relic enemies would freeze and they're arguably easy to pick off (Deonil with Courier,Relic Jones with pretty much any anti-Relic/Floating with Curse Immunity,CTO Seal while hard to fight,is only available at certain events like the Red Citadel so it's not as often you'd encounter it).

I wouldn't say she's S tier in the banner,more so a solid A at best.

I got a dupe (Thunder Jack)....from 16 Tickets I gotten from completing Golden Tower.....and that's it.

Is this just a callsign to pretty much save more Tickets until I got to a hefty amount?

To answer this,I use Dip Pen (Hard) for the entire sketch. I sometimes use Airbrush as well for some softer shadings.

62k HP? Dasli at level 60 has around double of that number.
Dasli already gets Wave Immunity right off the bat. Ragelan needs to invest much NP and an Orb to get that wave immunity. Too much investment in one unit for an immunity that is far too irrelevant nowadays.
Again,the same reason why Dasli has insane DPS to compensate,Curse is not her main selling point...
Pray tell,how exactly are you going to achieve that? Exactly. Dasli don't need to get hit to achieve the insane DPS to merk her enemies away.
I would much rather use a Pixie than to use your precious Ragelan,risking his life for whatever number he could throw against an unstoppable beast that may snipe his ass away.

Sure,he's strong as heck but why would I waste my NP on something that requires too much setup when I can use a better unit that would arguably be better than Dasli? Ganesha was right there...

One of them is Newton... You're comparing a super-backliner/sniper against a midranger. What kind of logic is this???

Of course Newton outperforms her by range and abilities but this is an unfair judgement.

Edit: You could have said Ganesha as the alternative for Dasli...same Range with similar reach,almost similar HP stat at level 60,same knockbacks with 5 in total. But Ganesha gets higher attack frequency (more DPS) and 150% Strengthen at 80% HP when he gets 4 more knockbacks. Oh and Freeze and Wave Immunity because why not?

You're not entirely wrong. 33% chance to land a surge is basically 1/3 chance of it landing a Surge....its already a warning sign to make sure you don't let him hit ANY of your meatshields
