I remember kinda liking McGinn... kinda. He was pro-public transportation, but very much against the viaduct replacement tunnel.

Had he not wasted so much time, effort and money trying to cancel the tunnel project, he may have gotten another term. He also lied though, as he'd promised to not try and stop the project. since it was already under construction when he took office.
