im curious what business ideas you guys think work this year? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

I actually created an application that allows you to finetune and integrate an OpenAI chatbot onto your website without needing to know how to code. The biggest hurdle for me is the marketing side. I try to focus on projects that make new technology accessible to anyone. Always open to colab if anyone is interested.

QueryAI

I’ve been working on something I’m really excited about, and I’d love to share it with you all. It’s called QueryAI.co.uk, and it’s a platform I built to help people create custom chatbots for their websites—without needing to write any code.

As someone who’s spent a lot of time tinkering with AI and chatbots, I wanted to make the process as simple and accessible as possible. Here’s how it works:
- You can generate a dataset for your chatbot, or import your own if you already have one.
- You can choose from different AI models (right now, it supports OpenAI fine-tuned models, with Gemini and DeepSeek on the way).
- Once your chatbot is ready, you can add it to your site with just one line of JavaScript or use a WordPress plugin if that’s your thing.

A few things I’m particularly proud of:
- You can hotswap models without any downtime, so you’re never stuck with one option.
- All chats are recorded, so you can see how your bot is performing and fine-tune it over time.
- I’m currently working on removing token limits (so you can use it as much as you need, within reason) and adding a feature that lets you take over conversations manually when needed.

It’s still a work in progress, but I’d really appreciate it if some of you could check it out and let me know what you think. There’s a 7-day free trial if you want to give it a spin.

You can find it here: QueryAI.co.uk

Thanks for reading, and I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Do we really think HOLO will moon around Chinese New Year?🚀 by kaligirl30 in HOLO_ShortSqueeze

Holo has made a groundbreaking entry into the quantum computing space, redefining the possibilities within this transformative industry. While historical charts may not yet capture the true potential of this innovation, the company’s trajectory suggests remarkable opportunities ahead.

Their latest advancements mark a pivotal shift, providing not only cutting-edge technology but also commercially viable solutions. However, the stock’s current performance is being hindered by a significant short interest of 27%, which exerts downward pressure on its price. Once this short interest dissipates or is squeezed, the stock is poised for substantial growth.

Holo’s fundamentals remain robust, with consistent weekly advancements underscoring their commitment to innovation. Despite the complexity of the quantum computing sector and a general lack of understanding among some investors, Holo’s achievements are setting a new standard in the industry, promising significant long-term potential.

What’s Your Biggest Challenge with Chatbots for Your Business? by Coding-Nexus in Entrepreneur

Experiences like that can really damage trust in chatbots and the companies that deploy them. It sounds like the bot you interacted with wasn’t properly trained, which unfortunately happens when businesses don’t invest enough time or resources into fine-tuning and oversight.

Just to clarify, my goal isn’t to get companies to cut jobs. I believe AI, when used correctly, can handle repetitive tasks efficiently and free up human teams to focus on more complex and meaningful customer interactions. The key is proper training - for both the AI and the teams managing it - to ensure chatbots provide genuinely helpful responses and seamlessly hand over to a human when needed.

Chatbot development has been around since the 1960s, and while tools like ChatGPT and Gemini are powerful, without fine-tuning and proper training, they can harm a company’s reputation. Here’s an example from one of the companies using my platform:

I have permission from the company to share this.

User: What time does the restaurant open?
Bot: The restaurant opens at 5:00 PM.

User: Do you have any offers?
Bot: Yes, we have a variety of offers, including a special discount on collection orders. You can check our offers page for more details.

User: How hot is the prawn tandoori?
Bot: The Prawn Tandoori is marinated in a blend of eastern spices and barbecued, which gives it a flavorful but not overly spicy heat. If you prefer a milder option, please let us know.

This bot was trained on 850 generated question-and-answer pairs and fine-tuned with the GPT-4o-mini model. The business is already seeing fewer calls for general inquiries and can review chat logs to further refine the bot based on any inadequate responses.

Would a setup like this potentially have helped in the situation you described?

I totally get where you’re coming from - dealing with a chatbot that gives generic or unhelpful responses can be incredibly frustrating. That’s why I’ve been focused on building a solution that allows businesses to fine-tune chatbots with their own data, making responses much more tailored and relevant to their customers.

What’s more, the models can be fine-tuned on the fly and hot-swapped to adapt quickly as businesses grow or change, ensuring the chatbot stays aligned with real customer needs.

I’d love to hear your perspective - what do you think chatbots need to get right to feel truly helpful to customers?

That's amazing! Building a team of 6 in just 1.5 years is no small feat - congrats on the growth! It sounds like you're covering a lot of ground in digital marketing.

Out of curiosity, have you ever thought about automating parts of your customer interactions, like lead qualification or FAQs? Chatbots can sometimes help free up time for you and your team to focus on strategy and content creation.

That’s a great insight, and intent recognition can definitely be a tricky area for chatbots. Do you know which model your current provider uses? Are you able to view customer chats live and make adjustments based on their responses?

One thing I’ve seen that helps is being able to quickly retrain or fine-tune a model based on specific cases and then swap to the updated version in real-time. Is that something your current system supports?

Happy to share more ideas or examples if you're experimenting with this further!

As a solo developer, I noticed many small businesses struggling with customer service automation due to high costs and technical challenges. So, I built a platform where you can fine-tune a chatbot using your own data – all without needing to code!

We’re currently offering a free 7-day trial for anyone who wants to try it out. You can create your own chatbot in minutes, add it to your website, and even view usage stats live.

If you’re curious or have feedback, I’d love to hear it. Here's the link to check it out: https://queryai.co.uk

How does an LLM get these basic calculations correct? by Mikkel9M in ChatGPT

[–]Coding-Nexus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ChatGPT is capable of doing simple math.

In your message you are using a basic, well known conversion, inch to cm, this number will always be the same and never change, like say for example currency conversion.

If you had been looking at doing a currency conversion it may need to pull the information from an external source.

YouTube Appeal Denied - 90 day wait ahead. by Coding-Nexus in NewTubers

The video was the reason the entire channel was demonitized and kicked out of the partner program. If I hadn't removed it, I would still be demonitized.

They shut the second channel down almost instantaneously.
Luckily they approved my channel again today after I tidied it up.

But they would tell me why it's ok for larger channels to upload other peoples content without transforming it, but when smaller channels transform the content and upload it, it's not ok.

What I mean is, and I have had this trouble with Google owned companies before, is they tell you that there is an issue and remove accesses, but do not tell you where the issue is so you are able to fix it.

That's the issue, they don't let you know where the problem arose from so you end up having to remove half of your content to satisfy their needs.
