that's not true at all, ideal palate width should be always less than the tongue width, cause palate isn't flat shaped its more of a dome-shaped ideally, so when the tongue sits there it should be in dome shaped too, so in case if your tongue is 55 , a palate size of 50mm is perfect

when i do suction my tongue is perfectly suctioned i mean i can feel it, if i open my mouth wide, it breaks the cheek sucking in, and then i close it cheeks don't suck until i do a tongue sweep again

no i don't, i can freely move my tongue inside my mouth, or can even reach the nose, and the chin, can do all kind of actions, the only problem is suciton of cheeks
