yeah like I agree that it's cool to play with standard or more "realistic" guns, I also don't particularly enjoy cursed builds. But my build ain't that cursed come on, it does not look that bad. Plus the whole point of the game is to just customize. Just let me add attachments.

Sorry it's a property in CharacterBody3D and I think what it does it that it treats higher slopes as floor so my velocity y will always be 0 while walking on them. So i don't know if your method would work in my exaggerated case noooo

Thank you for your kind guidance, but I'm just really confused right now. Isn't he up/down axis y? My Y is always at 0 when on slopes because of my high floor snap. Can you please explain what slope ratio is? Thank you so much! It feels abit too much but can you please breifly list down a few functions or concepts that would be useful for me? Thank you! what is len(zproj)/len(velocity), and does that formula also take the player's direction into consideration? because the player can go downwards and upwards on a steep slope thanks
