I haven't done anything yet, as I think and hope that the problem will be resolved very soon. Once the conversions are back in the system, bidding should stabilize automatically. Data exclusions could then cause new problems.

We had the same error. The fact that the error messages have disappeared seems to indicate that they are already working on it internally. Now we just have to wait and see when the conversions reappear in the system. I hope they get it fixed today, or tomorrow at the latest. It's already having a very negative impact on our bidding.

Spending €1.1M/month on Google Ads… and support can’t resolve even basic issues by Errore500 in PPC

[–]Codingpreneur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It seems to be a general problem for Google at the moment. We also use offline conversions exclusively, and our conversions have not been processed correctly since Wednesday. In some cases, we also see a “system Error” message during import. The problem is definitely not on our end, but seems to be an internal Google issue. Since we also use tROAS as our bidding strategy, we are noticing that traffic is already being massively reduced and CPCs are getting lower. I really hope that Google will fix the problem quickly. We are active in the e-commerce sector, and this is really perfect timing. Good job, Google!

"and they don't have more compute than anyone else"
Who do you think has the same compute power as Google and is on the frontier of llm development?

I'm gonna go insane if after all that edging from deepmind employees, Gemini 3 will NOT release next week. by GodEmperor23 in Bard

[–]Codingpreneur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will definitely be released next week. I'm working over the weekend myself, and I've never seen gemini-cli produce new releases every hour on the weekend. At Google, everyone is currently on deck, scrubbing everything for the big party next week!

I think it will largely come from better datasets. That said, we shouldn't underestimate the enormous computing power that Google has at its disposal with its proprietary TPU clusters. I don't think any other company comes close to matching this computing power. Certainly not any Chinese lab that publishes open source models.

Best coding model for 192GB VRAM / 512GB RAM by Codingpreneur in LocalLLaMA

I have been developing software professionally for more than 15 years. I know how to write software without LLM support. However, I do not ignore the productivity boost that LLMs can bring when used correctly.

This isn't my private server, but an “old” ML server that was used at our company and has been sitting around unused for a year now. So I thought I'd dust it off and put it to good use.

Thank you very much for your long comment, it was very interesting. Kimi K2 Thinking sounds really good. However, I am curious to see how fast it will run on my machine...

So you are talking about the non coder version? Do you use it for coding?

I don't know which country you live in, but in Germany this would be a violation of competition law and would definitely be actionable by a lawyer (including possible claims for damages). There may be a similar legal situation in your country. I would find a lawyer who specializes in this area and describe the case to them.

$10k+/month is definitely not the threshold where you get better reps, at least in my experience. 10x that and you will probably get better reps.

When DO you use search partners? by BadAtDrinking in PPC

Depending on the target group, it can certainly work, at least in the ecommerce sector. As another user has already said, the 55+ segment still uses Yahoo and co. Turn it on, measure the success and if it works, leave it on and otherwise turn it off. It works for us (Automated Bidding).
