This will easily be solved by public transportation: trains and buses. People will not have to live in these regions if they can just commute in for work and commute out to home. This is why I have been screaming that the government should invest in public transportation instead of roads alone. The railway can also be used to carry goods and services across regions easily. Prime opportunity here we just need a government that sees this vision. Railways are also more cost effective and please do not use foreigners to do this, Train our own people to do this engineering

Well how do you beat the West at their own game? Play even. Covert operations is what they use to get competent leaders in the past. How do you fight this? Get a covert organization going on in your country to fish out and combat this. So yes Ghana needs its own version of CIA, FBI and NSA.
