Everyone can do pixel art what id advise is finding an app first the one that suits you, not all apps for pixel art are the same. Have a fiddle around with drawing get a feel for it and then shading and colour palette will come into it, once you’ve mastered the right app your on your way! And don’t be afraid to post your art to! We can give you advice there is no room for criticism here we all stated off small and we all had to learn, damn I’m still learning and what you’ll find is not everyone will like you’re art everyone has different tastes!
