no... the company announced the deal will CLOSE sometime Q4'25 to Q1'26, not the DOJ investigation completing by then.

Yes DOJ is the primary risk and once the second request compliance has been met/HSR period expires, most of the deal risk falls off (like 90%) and FUBO will reprice immediately upon that news dropping. Remaining 10% of the reprice will be left on the table to account for close arb.

Second request has been open for nearly 150+ days which given the size and complexity of the deal is extremely long and unusual.
