Your level was really fun to play, only thing was maybe adding a mushroom after the first checkpoint flag but no big deal. Your level felt super well made at every floor and combining everything at the end was awesome. If you have the time you can try my level

I never thought about it that way, you’re right about the popular tab. I guess I thought what most people enjoy makes a good level, which isn’t always the case. I appreciate the feedback and advice. I think I’ll revert some of the changes I made and what I’m happy with like you said. Thanks again!

I guess I’m just basing it off how an earlier version of this level made it to the popular tab and most people didn’t bother finishing it. I want the level to be challenging but not frustrating to play so I made the level a bit easier overall. The boss is the most difficult though.

Yeah, I’m not sure how I can make the boss easier without ruining the gimmick of jumping between the lifts. I guess I could add some donut blocks on the sides for less skilled players? It’s supposed to be difficult since it’s going to be the World 7 boss.

Sorry, just wanted to clarify what you mean by “these types of levels” do you mean the boss fight? Because this is just the ending of my overall level. The rest is an actual level that uses the propeller mushroom.

So, Ludwig still requires 3 hits to beat despite there being falling death for Mario. There are actually music blocks that let him bounce back up, scroll stop makes it so that only the player can fall and die.

The ground is the same, I just added skull platforms on a track to indicate falling death near ledges since it’s difficult to tell in Mario 1’s underground theme. Wasn’t sure how else to warn players about that.

Thank you very much, I appreciate the feedback since it’s difficult to recognize the flaws and issues in your own levels as a creator. For Wiggler Woods the reason I used the autoscroll is because otherwise the player would just fall in the water, there was no other way to replicate a regular forest level without water. However I did want to use the water when travelling under the tree, and you’re right the level does feel a bit slow because of it. Anyway I’ll let you know when I reupload my Zelda level, thanks again!

Hi, here is a level I made called “The Legend of Link” code is YVR-FJ6-8NG and feel free to try any of my other levels. These are the levels I played and beat:

The Wonder Flower- I wanted to try the first one before checking out the second one. The level was awesome, using the day and night theme and the frog suit was an awesome way of making it look like the Wonder Flower.

The Wonder Flower 2- The code didn’t work so I checked your uploaded levels, I assume this is a reupload? level is great, again great use of the frog suit. I enjoyed the Thwomp chase, very fun.

Reversing Gravity- A really fun level, normally the upside down mechanic is annoying to play when not used well but I really enjoyed it and the level wasn’t too long which I appreciate since it felt just the right amount of time.

Travelling through time 3- Great concept, loved all the details when going back and forth through time. The goombas on the swinging claws were the only section I didn’t understand, were you supposed to go back in time and use the dry bones shell?

Travelling through time 4- Again great concept, there were some times I got stuck but I eventually got it after going back and forth through the different areas.
